I am British, married with 2 elementary school-aged children. I had a proper career as a Senior Project Manager for the European Union until I moved to the USA (North Carolina) in 2008. In 2012, I followed my husband to Zambia in Africa. While in the US, I was a regular columnist for the Wilson Daily Times and North Carolina News and Observer.
